An Incentivized Token Offering (ITO) is a crowdfunding environment that allows crowdfunding participants to earn rewards for supporting blockchain/digital initiatives that are seeking to start or continue developing their technology.

ITOs are powered by the ITO Protocol which incentivizes and insures crowdfunding participation with the ITO Utility Token [IUT] Smart-Contract. The interoperability of these technologies allows crowdfunding participants to enjoy autonomous, profitable, transparent and zero-risk participation across all Incentivized Token Offerings.

The ITO Protocol is the core technology that works in conjunction with the ITO Utility Token Smart-Contract to create the Incentivized Token Offering crowdfunding environment. The crowdfunding environment incentivizes and insures supporters with ITO Utility Tokens [IUT] for participating in crowdfunding the initiative's technology development, as opposed to traditional ICOs which offer the initiative or technologies native token.

The ITO Utility Token [IUT] is an ERC-20 Smart-Contract that enables the ITO Protocol crowdfunding environment to offer liquid incentives to crowdfunding participants with zero-risk of investment deficit/loss; in comparison to other forms of crowdfunding such as ICOs or IEOs which often leave participants with illiquid tokens for up to indefinite periods of time.

The ITO Network consists of network leaders, partners, visionaries and supporters who have supported and contributed to the development of the first zero-risk blockchain crowdfunding ecosystem. ITO Network Visionaries receive exclusive access to all Incentivized Token Offerings for up to 9 days before public crowdfunding opening, ultimately resulting in a higher potential to accumulate the most rewards in each ITO. Other benefits include exclusive technology development news, private and informed discussion with network leaders and fellow visionaries, as well as credibility and recognition within the network. To become an ITO Network Visionary, one must hold at least 27,000 ITON (ITO Network Tokens) which can be acquired by swapping IUT to ITON on the IUT Exchange.

All rewards within the crowdfunding environment are denominated in ITO Utility Tokens [IUT] and are backed by 42% of the total cryptocurrency pledged to the ITO, allowing participants to liquidate their rewards instantly for Bitcoin, Ethereum or USD on any supported IUT market. Rewards are automatically distributed to the participants nominated reward wallet every 3, 6 or 9 days (dependant on the determined Transaction Class). Rewards are calculated based on the IUT market rate at the time the reward is distributed. Rewards for all transactions are not limited by time and are distributed to participants continuosly until the ITO is completed

Pledge transactions can be created with a variety of Cryptocurrencies, ERC-20 Tokens or Stablecoins. Pledges are initially insured by a reserve that is calculated by 100% of the cryptocurrency value converted to IUT. Each reward is deducted from the reserve until the participant has been rewarded 100% of the reserve or until the ITO is completed. If the ITO is completed before 100% of the reserve is rewarded to the participant, the participant is rewarded the remainder of the reserve instantly.

Stake transactions can only be created with the ITO Utility Token [IUT]. Stakes are insured by a reserve equal to the transaction value, and remains unchanged until the completion of the ITO. Once the ITO is completed, the participant is rewarded 100% of the reserve.

There are three transaction classes which determine the daily IUT reward and reward distribution frequency: Supporter, Visionary and Whale.

Participants are able to track crowdfunding allocations and participation metrics including the ITOs progress to completion, the total amount of IUT allocated to participants, the remaining rewards until ITO completion and 12 other useful indicators in the Metrics area.

Participants are able to connect new participants for 9% of their connections IUT rewards, instantly redeemable from the network area.
